GENERAL CONTRACTING DISCOUNT POLICY FOR ADVANCE PAYMENT AND FEES ANDEAN GAMING TRADE SHOW FADJA 2010
Discounts for exhibitors are subject to the following rules:
20% discount for exhibitors who pay100% of the price of the stand until October 2009 (6 months before the event).
We hold the 20% discount for exhibitors with stands or more who may pay in three installments with an advance payment of at least 33.33% paid before October 21, 2009.
For stands between 100 and 200 m2 the exhibitors who do not take advantage of the benefit of the discount, may pay 100% in three installments which will be agreed upon. To guarantee your reservation and location in the pavilion, it is necessary to sign the contract and the bill, paying at least 20% of the total value of the stand.
Stands with less than 100 m2 will pay 100% of the amount when signing the contract.
There will be a 10% discount for new FADJA exhibitors.
FEES AND GENERAL REGULATIONS:
Fees are established in Colombian pesos: $440,000 (four hundred forty thousand) per sq meter excluding VAT. DIAN regulating Decree (Article 476, numeral 5 of the Tax Statute).
For payment in foreign currency, the daily exchange rate will be used in the reintegration operation with the beneficiary bank until the fee established in Colombian pesos is paid.
No payment after the event will be accepted in any case. It is indispensable to have your certificate of good standing to begin mounting your stand.
Advertising services for sponsors generate 16% VAT.
