INTERNAL REGULATIONS

It is of utmost importance that the terms and conditions which appear below are considered, to strictly comply with them and avoid irregularities which may alter the normal development of the event and your participation.

1. General Management
The Executive Director of 3 A PRODUCCIONES acts as the General Director of the Andean Gaming Fair, FADJA. Exercising his functions, the General Director will apply this regulation for the contracts or agreements entered into with the participants. If there is a chance to apply regulations of any kind due to chance or voids, those in international fair regulations will be applied, preserving the objectives of the event and other applicable regulations. There will also be a Consulting Committee of the event which will be a part of the Geneal Director of 3 A PRODUCCIONES and two founding exhibitors, being the supreme authority of the Fair in everything pertaining to the administrative and technical organization.

2. Subjection to this Regulation
All the participants to the annual fair (exhibitors and visitors) are subject to the present regulations.

3. Claims and Complaints
Any claims or complaints which may arise will be definitely solved by the General Director and they lack any appeal whatsoever.

4. Exhibitors
There are conditions which evaluate the entities or the people who can participate in this fair. 3 A PRODUCCIONES reserves the right to define the participation of a company, entity or people in the Fair and it will refrain from explaining or justifying its decision. 3 A PRODUCCIONES will not be responsible or participate in any manner for claims or discussions between requestors or exhibitors in relation to the existence in their favor of rights of exclusivity or any other kind. These discussions must be solved by the competent authorities.

5. Conditions for Participants
The people, companies or entities wishing to participate as exhibitors in the Fair must fill out a form to reserve a stand and meet all the requirements in the same, sending it to EA PRODUCCIONES in the terms established in the written proposal or contact by email. The participation request is individual and untransferable. In this case only, whoever initially fills the reservation format will be considered as such.
