FADJA: FULL SPEED AHEAD

Positive news confirm and make echo among operators, suppliers and manufacturers that are preparing from all cardinal points in Colombia, the Caribbean and Latin America to meet at the Andean Gaming Trade Show, one of the most important commercial events in the calendar of events of Corferias, in Bogota.

The good tidings arrive  announcing the special measures issued by ETESA, the Health Territorial Company (in a liquidation process) to make way for its current competences to other State dependencies, so that it does not affect the operation nor the growth dynamics that it has been presenting to the sector.

Resolution No. 0072 of February 26 modifies No. 0059 of January 26 an din consequence, the procedure to replace the gaming elements that the first one had restricted, is not subject to any temporary limitation, thus totally clearing the way to make successful business transactions among buyers and exhibitors of FADJA 2010.

“In adverse climatic conditions only vessels with solid foundations and a veteran crew is able to sail and advance towards the correct direction. If we go from the metaphor to a commercial language, we can say that FADJA will arrive renewed and strengthen to a safe port.”  This was the comment of Jose Anibal Aguirre, General Director of the Andean Gaming Trade Show, when he was asked about the new decisions of the state in a topic that momentarily generated worry among the participants of the Colombian trade show.

The predictions of a successful version of FADJA 2010 remain intact, not only thanks to the support and union of efforts shown by compromised companies and institutions who have always believed and trusted in the professionalism and productivity of the fair, but also in the management of  FECEAZAR, the Colombian Federation of Gaming Entrepreneurs that was able to transmit messages to keep everyone calm and with a positive attitude, satisfactorily complying with its mission as a promoter of unity of the Colombian industry.

The operators of FECOLCUEGOS, though its president, Rocio Albornoz, stated their support to the realization of FADJA on the dates foreseen for next April 21 and 22.

Lastly, Jose Anibal Aguirre expresses his optimism: “We are sure that united we will make a great fair together with all the visitors from Colombia and abroad who are expecting to see the novelties presented in FADJA, confirming their interest through multiple registrations in the web page www.fadja.com, from companies in the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Ecuador, Aruba, Peru, Spain, Canada, Panama, Guatemala and the United States.
