RECOMMENDATIONS FOR EXHIBITORS
Read the following steps carefully; they will be useful to guarantee the success of your participation in the Andean Gaming Fair

Pre-Fair
· Identification of the company objective that must be met in the marketing and commercial level
· Election of the fair event and marketing objective to which it is directed according to the company’s objective
· Identifying the communication objective to be achieved
· Choosing the products to be exhibited and defining the marketing mix
· Health selection
· P.O.P. and promotion material
· Define advertising, press and public relations strategies
· Budget: costs for rent, construction and decoration of the stand, pop material, personnel and travel expenses, others.
· Training personnel in customer services
· Health contracting, construction and decoration
During the Fair
· Personnel and invitations follow-up
· Behavior of the prices and promotional strategies
· Knowledge of the competitors
· Impact and acceptance of the products from potential customers
· Presence in the media, official catalog of the fair, seminars, sponsors
Post-Fair
· Dismantling Supervision
· Immediate follow up of contacts which were done
· Measuring immediate results and comparing with objectives
· Final analysis of costs and final report on the fair with recommendations for future participations
